Day Of Coordinator
The day of coordinator is designed to help guide you throughout the planning and day of process. Alysha will work with you to make your wedding day seamless.
This package includes:
3 meetings throughout your engagement either in-person or virtual (not including consultation). Usually starting at 3-4months prior to your wedding.
Personalized Wedding Day Timeline
1 hour on-site rehearsal management prior to or on wedding day
On-site day of the wedding from 11am-12am.
Greets and assists vendors
Oversee the vendor departure process and works with the venue on the end of evening checklist to avoid any extra venue fees.
Ensure that you can focus on your big day without answering questions or worrying about the details
Starting at $700 (includes travel within 40 miles of Rogers, AR) Travel >40 miles will have additional travel fees involved.

Month of Coordinator
The month of coordinator package is designed to help guide you throughout the planning process. This package includes day of setup to help take the stress of you and family! As month of coordinator, I will handle vendor communication to take the stress of you and make the wedding day perfect!
This package includes:
4 meetings throughout your engagement either in-person or virtual starting at 6 months prior to wedding day
Personalized Wedding Day Timeline
Layout Design
On-site rehearsal management prior to or on wedding day
On-site day of the wedding event from 9am-12am. ($50 per hour for additional time)
Help to decorate the venue based on your vision
Coordinates with vendors 1 month prior to the wedding date to make sure that your day goes smoothly and all logistical concerns are taken care of
Greets vendors and helps with setups and placements
Oversees vendor departures and works with the venue on the end of evening checklist to avoid any extra venue fees.
Ensure that you can enjoy your big day without having to worry about questions or problems that arrise
Starting at $900 (includes travel within 40 miles of Rogers, AR) Travel >40 miles will have additional travel fees involved.

Partial Planning
The partial planning package is designed to still allow brides to be involved in the planning process, but I will help with the backend side of planning. This means coordinating with vendors, helping you design, and handling what some consider, the more stressful parts of wedding planning. My goal is to help you avoid decision fatigue and have a great planning experience
This package includes everything in my other packages plus monthly meeting virtual or in-person.
I will coordinate with vendors to secure quotes and help you navigate the best options.
Can help with booking hotel blocks
Help with design of the ceremony and reception areas
Create a personalized planning checklist based on the length of engagement
No limit to on-site hours the day of the wedding if leaving prior to midnight
Starting at $1300 (includes NWA, weddings >40 miles from Rogers, AR may have traveling fees)

Weddings with ceremony and receptions in different locations, may require a 2nd coordinator onsite to monitor vendor arrivals and continue the setup process. Upon booking, we will discuss the need for additional services!
